Gardening Advice – Snow Covered Trees
After all the heavy snow we’ve had, brave the cold and do your best to remove as much snow as possible from your trees’ branches. Excess snow can cause branches to bend, which in turn can cause damage or even break them. Too much snow sometimes can even make the trees themselves bend and break. Gently remove snow using a broom or a similar tool and brush away any of the settled white stuff. Even a light shake will offer the tree some respite from the damaging conditions.
Below we’ve shown the difference a little attention can give.
Don’t neglect just because it’s a bit nippy. Your garden needs you.
